Delete your account and data

You can delete your Uphill account at any time, and deletion really means deletion: not archiving, not deactivation.

The quicker way: in the app

Open Uphill and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
In the Danger zone section, tap Delete account permanently.
Type the confirmation word and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Write to support@halomstudios.com from the email address you registered with. We verify that the address belongs to the account and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address
Your profile: name, age, height, activity level
Your goal: starting weight, target weight, daily commitment
All your daily entries and weigh-ins
Your peak ladder, medals and base camp
All team memberships and the team events attributable to you

What we cannot delete

If you purchased anything through the App Store, the accounting record of that purchase stays with Apple, not with us — you would need to ask them. Nothing of your app data remains on our side.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no archive and no backup from which your account could be restored.
